Host Homing/ Foster Care
Fostering is a service in which a family member/ Guardian/ LAR will provide the services needed. As a foster care provider, individuals will be assisted in learning/ maintaining skills, medical appts./needs, transport, etc. Individuals are typically independent enough to live safely without continuous supervision.
Home and Community Based Services
Home and community based services is programming that provides individualized supports to persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. They are typically in a group home and community settings with peers. This allows acclimation to the community and socialization in a safe setting with direct care.
Habilitation
Our day treatment/programming offers individualized skill building assessments in order to better assist residents with daily living improvements. Through these outlets we aim to facilitate an environment of learning, teamwork, care, and independence.
